Gained and have many experiences with different cultures (organizations, communities) and
intensive Psychological, Training and Coaching skills.
Born and completed a Master Degree in Psychology in Germany with a Cross-Cultural experience
and 15 year Training and Advisory career with positions held as Training Manager at T-Online for
Technical and Customer Care support, and as Project Consultant for GIZ, delivering new
developing strategies like the Intergeneration Dialogue for a cultural sensitive transformation of a
deep rooted tradition like female circumcision in communities in Kenya. My Counseling
experience in a High Ranking School brought me to Dubai.
My Passion & What I do
I am in my element when I see that people do things not only simpler – but better in every way.
Effortless, yet remarkable more resourceful. Focused, yet extraordinary joyful. A new behavior is
made possible by removing old clutter from the subconscious mind. And better choices of
thinking and feeling. All facilitated with expertise in psychology, system knowledge and personal
change. It’s the interpersonal relationship and the client’s readiness for change that add up to
something powerful. In this case your full potential.
My Expertise
People comment on my ability to see possibilities (within the current system or person) and then
initiate and facilitate the change process within the system.
I use my expertise in human behavior and systems for simplifying and streamlining operations
and behavior for joyful and effortless mastery.

SETTING UP SYSTEMS
Using this approach a system (e.g. family, organization, school class) is set up (i.e.
recreated using stand-ins or symbols), previosly hidden realtionships come alive and
made visible. What I like on this method is that unrecognized connections, dynamics
and problems can be comprehended in a glance. Conflicts can be made visible and
may open a way to see entanglements, change of position becomes easier. First steps
to a positive change can be tried out to balance out the system in new ways.
