coordinating project internal and external dependencies. Assist key stakeholders on roadmap definition, vendor deliverables, backlog

- Newly assigned Agile Coach for the internal support teams: Client Services and ServiceDesk. Goal to standardize workflows, provide gap analyses

- Established a new 'Donor Volunteer Engagement' team as their Agile Coach and Scrum Master. Creations of JIRA and Confluence projects helped

- Previously, Agile Coach and Scrum Master for multiple teams on three different platforms, leaving a distinct footprint while migrating across the
