15. Learning Experience
The internship encouraged me to improve and build my confidence. I find it useful in my daily
life. Internship gives me a chance to apply the education and knowledge I have gained from my
college. It helps me strengthen my professional skills and polish my ability.
Throughout the internship, I learned how to interact with various departments in the co-
operative sector. It helped me to know and understand how various organizations work. It will
helped me to improve my communication skills.
I understood how Kadamba operates. Most of the crucial decisions like annual rollout plan,
production plan, setting of annual targets, budgets etc. are taken by the top management.
Decisions relating to day-to-day transactions like daily targets; assignment of jobs will be taken
care by middle level management. Here intern got to know that the complexity of decisions gets
narrow as it moves from top level to the bottom.
