 Khanna Enterprises  have owned the hotel for 13 
years and successfully traded through the recession. 
They decided it may be apposite to sell the 
No ngham unit and reinvest nearer to their other 
hotels and the MD’s home. 
 
 Sam Spencer acted for the previous vendors and has 
kept in contact with Anil Khanna in the intervening 
period. Anil contacted Sam to discuss discreet 
marke ng in October 2014. He felt that the larger 
agents would publicise the sale and had no wish to 
make its availability generally known. Sam  
suggested carefully placed web presence, using BK 
No ngham office address, and we ensured that all 
enquirers were made to sign confiden ality 
agreements prior to receiving informa on. 
 
 In addi on Sam contacted likely suitable operators 
personally known to him to discuss the opportunity. 
 
 BK USP’s on this project – in mate knowledge of the 
property, friendship with the vendor; ability to 
accurately iden fy likely suitable buyers without 
adver sing; personal contact with the eventual 
buyer over several years and a personal 
recommenda on to him to view the business;
