How can job be redesign :
 Job engagement
 Job rotation
 Job enrichment
 Adding additional activity at the
same level that is job
engagement.
 Changing the position a to b to
c.
 Expand of a job.

Alternative work
arrangement :
Flextime - they can work when they are most
productive/
- flextime deduces absenteeism & frequently
improve productivity.
- its helps balance work & family life.
- its not applicant all kinds of work.
 Job sharing – in which two or possible more
employees share a single job.
 Telecommuting – working form home via a
computer connected to the office.
