- Or even this? What is the Rotary we want to show the world? We have had to make the switch in how we view ourselves, and how we explain our good works to others. Jennifer to talk through research points. Learning objectives: At the end of the session, participants will be able to: Identify the resources available for attracting prospective members and engaging them as soon as they join. Highlight the ways that Rotary is different from other service organizations in interactions with prospective and new members. Take a fresh approach to creating a meaningful club experience for prospective and new members.

Bringing in new, qualified members diversifies your club and increases its impact. Because this may be the first contact a prospective member has with a club, be sure to make it a positive one.
