Background
ISO 41000-2015 will be applied internationally by the European Economic Community and the support
of 20 countries, will become a necessity for all countries in the world to follow international standards,
which by obtaining this certification, there will be a big change in the business, especially in improving the
safety, health, performance and satisfaction for all parties; employee, organization, work environment,
equipment, business, and customers.
Press Release for the application of ISO 41000-2015 issued on June 9, 2015, in London by the British
Institute of Facility Management (BIFM), founded in 1993, located at Number One Building, The
Causeway, Bishop's Stortford, Hertfordshire, UK, CM23 2ER
Overview
ISO 41000-2015 program is a program to provide knowledge about the transformation of Facility
Management based on international standards, through the activities of tutors, discussion, case studies and
simulations, so that international standards can be implemented in the workplace.
This program will provide a thorough understanding of the provisions contained in ISO 41000-2015,
strategies to implement, build and manage documents, control over the implementation, and evaluate
performance including improving the performance of which was biased.
Understanding
ISO 41000-2015 program is a program of transformation of knowledge, skills and experience for the
participants to be able to understand, implementing, and identify the various problems that arise and
resolve these problems, so that the performance and business growth can be achieved on an ongoing basis.
ISO 41000-2015 program is a program for standardizing management facilities, which do not stand alone,
because it is integrated with other International Standards, such as:
1. ISO 15221-3 Quality in Facilities Management
2. ISO 15221-4 Taxonomy of Facilities Management
3. ISO 15221-5 Facilities Management Processes
4. ISO 15221-6 Facilities Management Space Measurement

Objective
1. Plan, create and devise strategy to plan a set of tools and guidelines, as a standard to establish the
structure and framework and organizational processes.
2. Plan, organize and make the programs needed for the mastery of key skills and competencies required.
3. Can provide proper guidance in the same way as the Quality Standard for Occupational Health, Safety
and Environmental Management System.
