About us
• Ganesha ek Sanskriti (translates to Ganesha – a culture) is a restaurant chain focusing
on bringing authentic Indian cuisine with Indian hospitality experience outside India.
• Ganesha started its roots in Indonesia in 2003 with its first fine dinning Indian restaurant
and bar in BRI-GKBI Complex right in the center of Jakarta CBD.
• Since then, Ganesha has successfully set up another 4 fine-dining restaurants, with 1
in another part of Jakarta, 1 in Yogyakarta, 1 in Ubud (Bali) and 1 in Dallas, USA.
• Ganesha’s motto has always been serving high quality authentic Indian food by
strictly hiring only Indian expatriate chefs who are expert in their own departments like,
curry, tandoori (oven baked dishes), desserts and south Indian food.
• Ganesha’s vision is to be the Best Indian Restaurant Chain in the world with authentic
taste and best hospitality.

A Chartered Accountant with more than 24 years experience. Oversee the
finance and project development of Ganesha.

Has over 15 years experience in hospitality industry.

Chef Expert in Curry & Tandoor
Specializes in North Indian food and has worked in various five star hotels in
India. He is the executive chef for flavors in USA.

Has long experience of working in five start hotels. He is the executive chef

Ganesha ek sanskriti have to expand and get more noticed
• We believe our existing efficient operation model is an easy transfer knowledge to other new locations.
• We want to work on long term leases and preferably on revenue sharing basis (Sheraton model).
• Future Plan: Ganesha plans to expand its presence in Indonesia and US, by expanding into other large cities with high
local or tourist catchment area. Ganesha will also review selective opportunities in other parts of the world, like
Europe, Australia, China.
• Having been in the Indian fine dinning business for last 10 years, we believe our time is right to expand on other dinning
concept revolving around Indian theme without losing our core identity. We believe we will be the only Crystal
Jade/Imperial Treasure in the Indian food space to provide such variety.
• Pipeline: Ganesha is currently working on a few ideas in Jakarta which will rely on its main kitchen in BRI as central
kitchen.
• Naan-Biryani (Indian Fast Food) – select kebabs, biryani and Nan. Food in 5 minutes concept.
• Healthy Juice Bar (“Healthy-wellThee” brand) – a juice bar with selected healthy small Indian dishes that will be
a healthier alternative to modern day cafes. We plan to serve this in kiosks at malls.
• Tapas Lounge (“D’Wine” brand) – this is an upmarket boutique lounge concept where Indian food will be
served in tapas size and tailored to suit consumption of wine.

Expansion Ganesha ek sanskriti have to expand and get more noticed • We believe our existing efficient operation model is an easy transfer knowledge to other new locations. • We want to work on long term leases and preferably on revenue sharing basis (Sheraton model). • Future Plan: Ganesha plans to expand its presence in Indonesia and US, by expanding into other large cities with high local or tourist catchment area. Ganesha will also review selective opportunities in other parts of the world, like Europe, Australia, China. • Having been in the Indian fine dinning business for last 10 years, we believe our time is right to expand on other dinning concept revolving around Indian theme without losing our core identity.
