 Title : DESIGN OF 8T R-SRAM USING DOUBLE WORDLINE FOR LOW
POWER HIGH SPEED APPLICATION
 Domain : Low Power VLSI
 Scope : In off-chip cache memory, RAM and ROM will have separate memory,
so it takes much time to perform the operation also it has high power
Consumption. For overcoming these problems we are designing 8T
R-SRAM using transmission gates for reducing the power and improves
the performance of the processors.
