As the Christmas holidays approach, we would love to share
with you an exceptional moment by the end of the year, at my
restaurant “Prefer of" the year 2019. Indeed, I had the opportunity to
discover this remarkable place - The Restaurant Alliance, Chef
Toshitaka Omiya, associated with Shawn Joyeux.
Chef Franch-Japanese Toshitaka Omiya with his precision and
technique twist with creativities. Thus, it tribute to the "Great French
Cuisine", through dishes of a incredible finesse.
I had a great lunch there and discovered some "emblematic"
dishes, like the twist of "Vendée black paw chick - Breton lobster",
which is largely of the level of "La demi poularde". - mourning in
bladder " Mr. Paul “.
The dishes are fair, precise, beautiful and creative, the service is
worthy of Parisian palaces (Shawn Joyeux was formed) and the refined
decoration.
Critics were not wrong, since the Guide Gault & Millau gives him
three toques and 16/20 (note that could be higher ...), Stared from
Guide Michelin and Gilles Pudlowsky gave a red heart.
Also, it will be our pleasure to celebrate Christmas with you all, on
