• Mr. J C Kumar (now 67 years) : Founded the company
in 1991 with 6 a small place
• Mr. Raghunandan Jagdish (now 36 years) joined with a
Masters in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M
University, USA in 2003
• Col KR Acharya (50 years): Vice President Sales is a
retired Colonel from the Indian Army and heads our
product sales

pallets that enable horizontal
and vertical movement of
parking spots just like a
puzzle to park and retrieve
cars.

independent system, it can be
easily configured and
customized to any property

Vertical Rotary Parking
• Nandan's vertical rotary system
consists of transmission driven by
speed-reducing motor, and lifts
mounted on chains with intervals.
• All cars parked on lifts and empty
lifts travel vertically when a parking
or picking-up is in process.

Car Turntable
• The turntables enable the rotation of the
car when there is no space to turn the
cars
• It can be 90, 180, 270 or 360 degrees
• Can be automated or integrated with
various events
• It can also be mounted on top of the car
lift in order to lift the car up and rotate
by 90 degrees to take into the building
so that the driveway is clear for
movement
• Also used in vehicle launch events and
premium car showrooms.

My Asks - Potential Customers
• Builders:Anyone coming up with a new
building that construction has started. For OC the
builder has to have certain number of parking!
• Bad referral – builders who want cheapest.
• Architects:Who design the buildings can use
modern concepts!
• Housing Societies:Where the fights for car
parking slots are getting violent. There’s money, but no
parking!
• Malls and Commercial Complex:
Footfalls will get improved if the friendly mall has
better “parking”
