Use public billboards
Teams are 1+

4. Make it comfortable
Space to spread out
Blistering WiFi
Watercooler zones
Plentiful refreshments
Alcohol (optional)

5. End in style
Short presentations
Use prizes as a nudge
Include “Hackers Choice”
Say Thank You.

6. Write up and shout
Recognise
achievement
