前言
中国处于工业化发展阶段，能源结构以煤
为主，控制温室气体排放任务艰巨。天然气
是一种洁净能源。天然气燃烧后产生的温室
气体只有煤炭的1/2，石油的2/3，对环境
造成的污染远远小于石油和煤炭。因此加快
发展和合理利用天然气，可有效改善大气环
境，促进减排目标的实现。全球气候变化将
会提高天然气的需求，给天然气及LNG 行业
的发展带来了机遇。
2010 年中国LNG 年产量达900 万吨 。
2011 年随着中石油江苏如东和大连两个
LNG 进口接收站陆续投产，以及国内LNG
工厂及下游配套设施投产，LNG 的产量进一
步大幅增加，2011 年中国LNG 年产量超过
1500 万吨。
截至2011 年底，中国已建成投
产的LNG 接收站项目有5 个，已获国家核准
China is in the developing stage of industrialization that the energy
structure is major as coal and it is a tough job to control the emission
of greenhouse gases. The natural gas is kind of clean energy as the
greenhouse produced by natural gas is only 1/2 of the coal and 2/3 of
the petroleum. It contributes far less to the environmental pollution
than petroleum and coal. Accordingly fasten the development and
optimize the utilization of natural gas can efficiently improve the
atmospheric environment and promote to realize the target of emission

The annual output of China’s LNG reaches 9 million tons in 2010.
Two LNG import receiving stations in Jiangsu and Dalian of CNPC
put into operation in 2011. The domestic LNG factories and
downstream supporting facilities go into production in the same year
too. It results in a considerable growth of LNG output that it exceeds
15 million tons in 2011. By the end of 2011 there are 5 LNG receiving
stations which have been put into production and 6 projects which are
approved by government and under construction, they are: CNOOC
Zhejiang Ningbo LNG, CNOOC Zhuhai Gold Bay LNG, CNOOC
East Guangdong Jieyang LNG, CNPC Hebei LNG, Sinopec Shandong
Qingdao LNG, and Dongguang Jiufeng LNG. With the construction
and operation of the projects, the LNG reserve in China will
continuously increase. LNG is a clean energy which meets the
developing direction of energy saving, environmental protection and
low-carbon economy at home and abroad. The consumption amount in
the future will keep enlarging. To sum up, the industry with optimistic
prospects.
