tracking system of consignment and shipping detail for any time of shipping. It provides
services for users – Administrator, Dealer, Corporate
Existing System:
In current situation we can purchase items in online at the same if any one wants to
send items to other place through courier that is also possible and it must be done manually.
But till now we don’t have any provision to do both at a time this is the main disadvantage of
current scenario. To over come this problem we are developing a new web application called
“Emergent Dispatch Rider”

Module Description:
The System after careful analysis has been identified to present with the following
modules.
1. Admin Module:
This module is all about an Administrator who maintains this portal. The
Administrator performs the following in this portal:
a. Accepting request from dealers.
b. Adding new branches
c. View all branches.
2. User Module:
This module deals with major and crucial part which includes following information.
a. Information of branches, deliveries, dispatches and consignments.
b. To add branch details and dealership requests.
c. In this application four different types of users can do operations.
i. Admin: Manage and track all the requests and branches.

e. Receiver Particulars
4. Consignment Module: This module includes following operations.
a. Tracking and viewing the details of all the consignments.
b. Storing material particulars viz., cost, category
c. Find the status of the booked consignment.

4. d. Only the dealer user can add the consignment details viz., shipper name,
shipper address, contact no., courier material description, no. of items, branch
id, booking date, receivers details etc.
e. Normal user can get the details about consignment between two particular
dates.
5. Employee Module: This module includes following operations.
a. Recruiting and terminating employs when a new branch is started.
b. The dealers can add new employees and updating the details of employees.
