processes. We also shares vacancy information directly with Jobcentre Plus, helping the Private Sector to

3. Private Health Careers – How we do it?
Lower Cost Solution
We offer a highly cost effective solution to recruitment, without jeopardising the quality of the service you receive. Through the
application of technology, together with industry knowledge, we drive down the cost of recruitment.
Reduced Administration
We have a low cost call centre to manage and update your vacancies on our site. Vacancies will be copied directly from your
website or if your website is not up to date we will contact your HR team every 10 days for an update.
Promoting your brand
Our Featured Pages provide the opportunity for a hospital, clinic or health service to promote their career benefits and current
opportunities, including positions available on your bank.
Banner advertising enables you to target specific disciplines, promote your brand and generate traffic to your own website.
Video profiles mean that healthcare professionals get a real feel for the benefits of working for you and “get to know you”
online. Our sales team can tailor a promotional package that will match your specific requirements.
Active Promotion of the Benefits to work in the UK Independent Sector
Our purpose is to attract and educate Healthcare professionals to career opportunities across the sector. We have been invited
by the RCN to deliver a range of seminars specifically about the „Benefits of Working in the UK Independent Healthcare Sector‟
at their annual Career event in September. We offer free career coaching and workshop events and attend tradeshows across
the UK.
4. More effective recruitment process
Recent research has shown that applicants who apply via traditional recruitment suppliers in the UK, often does not receive
any information about the employer until after the CV has been submitted to the employer. This is because the consultants
do not want the applicant to contact the employer directly in case they lose out on a commission deal. On the other hand
applicants often find it difficult to get in contact with local employers or to stay up to date with the local vacancies available to
them.
Our site provides applicants with detailed information about the employers. We then provide the applicant with the contact
details of the person she can contact at the hospital/ unit if she wants to discuss the position or follow up on her application.
Our career consultants handle direct enquiries and respond to applicants who do not meet your vacancy specifications.
We verify each applicant against the vacancy criteria and submit their applications either via a direct link with your website or
forwarding the CV to your HR team.
The postal code/map search facility enables them to find private healthcare organisations close to where they live and to
keep them up to date with current vacancies.
Applicants can register their interest to work for a specific employer and receive automated alerts when a position becomes
available.
Detailed performance reporting
We will provide you with a monthly report outlining the number of applicants or enquiries we had for your Company and a list of
applicants we currently have on your “waiting list” (applicants who registered for job alerts with your Company)
