a) Structural analyses of the materials and break through formulation
of incoming materials using reverse engineering which were
performed by Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR).
b) The surface morphology and constituents of the products were
examined by Scanning electron microscopy with energy dispersive
X-ray spectroscopy (SEM-EDX).
c) Mechanical properties of the products are examined using Tensile
Testing Machine.
d) Particle size of materials determination using particle size analyzer.
e) Rheological study of the latex using viscometer.
f) Elemental analysis in the different types of solution using MP-AES.
g) Dielectric strength of gloves measured using HIOKI HiTester.
h) Tackiness of gloves using tackiness gauge.
i) Surface tension of different types of wetting agents/ compounding
latex using surface tension analyzer.
j) Contact angle of latex between the surface of different surface of
former using contact angle analyzer.

Developed special features of surgical glove, household glove and
exam glove.

former for developing new product of glove.
