2. „Mens sana in corpore sano”
is a two year Comenius bilateral
project which has the principal aim
of promoting students’ growth
through the acquiring of
consciousness that sport activities
have on a healthier lifestyle.
As a matter of fact students from
Italy and Poland will be working
together in order to appreciate
how their style of life can be
improved by matching their
curricular studying activities with
sport, adopting a healthier food
approach thus avoiding to fall in
dangerous addictions related to
smoking, alcohol or drug
assumption.
3. „Mens sana in corpore sano” è un progetto
bilaterale di due anni che ha lo scopo
principale di promuovere la crescita degli
studenti attraverso l’acquisizione della
consapevolezza che le attività sportive
offrono uno stile di vita più sano. Ragazzi
Italiani e Polacchi lavoreranno insieme al fine
di apprezzare come il loro stile di vita può
essere migliorato praticando sport, adottando
una sana alimentazione evitando così di
cadere in dipendenze pericolose legate al
fumo , alcohol o assunzione di farmaci.
„Mens sana in corpore sano” jest dwuletnim,
dwustronnym projektem, którego głównym celem
jest wspieranie rozwoju uczniów poprzez
zdobywanie świadomości dotyczącej wpływu
aktywności sportowej na zdrowszy styl
życia. Uczniowie z Włoch i Polski będą pracować
razem w celu ocenienia jak ich sposób życia może
być udoskonalony przez dopasowanie ich zajęć
edukacyjnych ze sportem, wybranie zdrowszej diety i
w ten sposób uniknięcie wpadnięcia w niebezpieczne
nałogi związane z paleniem papierosów,
spożywaniem alkoholu czy narkotyków.
