Is your social media policy outdated? Do you need it? What’s your EVP? Are you green? Offer training? WFH? Feedback? Are you tapped into the global workforce? Are you optimizing your data? Using it to predict and anticipate behavior? The robots are coming! Do you understand changing attitudes toward work and everything? How responsive are you? Is your organization fast, informal?
