partnership with Santander for Household and all Creditor product portfolio of c£230m GWP
per annum. Key influencer in moving relationship from a contentious position to an extremely
positive one.
In 2009/10 led the successful 2011-2014 renewal negotiations following competitive market
tender exercise by Santander.
Delivered GWP and COR targets.
Managed partner negotiations in 2008/9 to deliver extended contracting terms and duration to
existing arrangements.
Successfully managed transition of Santander’s strategic IT platform, Partenon, for FNOL
