Duties and Responsibilities:
 The knowledge keeper for the company’s quality policies, quality procedures, product gold standards and work instructions
(SOP’s) within the consumer packing processing area. Including daily monitoring quality trends and performances within the
process environment with a special focus on product filling, case packing and compliance of packaging.
 Developed food safety and HACCP plans for all processes ensuring that all quality control points (QCP) and critical control
points (CCP) are identified and controlled during the manufacturing processes. Implementation of programs of assessments,
review and audits of the quality management systems to ensure adherence to management objectives.
 Developed, maintained and improved the effectiveness of the quality management systems (HACCP, BRC, WQA, ACO, Halal
(Exporting), Dept. of Agriculture, Kosher and Annual Council Audits) within the packaging environment of Chobani.
