cares a whole awful lot,nothingisgoingtogetbetter.It’snot”.
I care aboutyour safety,butI don’tstopat caring aboutjust yoursafetyat work. Most injuriesoccuroff
the job. If we trulycare a “whole awful lot”,notonlywillnothingchange,butwe missanopportunityto
make a difference inthe lifeof ouremployees,familyandfriends. Bymakingsafetypersonal,we don’t
stopat simplycreatingasafe workenvironment,we educate everyone oncreatingasafe environment
PERIOD!At home,at work,onthe road,in the kitchen,duringwintermonths,etc.That’s makingsafety

I am currentlythe PresidentElectforthe PhiladelphiaChapterof the AmericanSocietyof Safety
Engineers(ASSE) andwill succeedtoPresidentin2015. I routinelyspeakatnational and regional
conferencesonsafetyandhealth. Mostrecently,Ispoke atthe ASSE SymposiumonSafety
ManagementSystemsandwasa guestbloggerforASSE’sEHS Works duringthe National Conference
