Prego roll is a grilled marinated steak, a healthy amount of
garlic butter and a fresh roll. The name ‘prego’ comes from a
Portuguese word that means ‘nail’, a noodle made of garlic,

can substitute meat with cauliflower.

‘Goz’, meaning ‘eye’, is believed to come from dark spots

look like ‘eyes’. Gozleme is popularly known as sac boregi, a
