Sahender Kaumar Party in person counter clerk dated 23.05.2023 to suppress the rescue of
minor daughter made pregnant by the delinquent Judicial Staff of Supreme Court of India-
reg.
Madam,
1. That under signed is PIP (Petitioner-in-Person) in Review Petition Criminal No.107/2023 in Writ
Petition Criminal 42/2023.
2. That on 23.05.2023; Shri Sahender Kaumar Party in person counter clerk at Supreme Court of
India has denied to allot diary number against E-filed Contempt Petition Criminal vide Provisional
Application No. 14051 dated 22.05.2023 in W.P. Criminal 42/2023 in Review Petition Criminal NO.
107/2023.
3. That Shri Sahender Kaumar Party in person counter clerk at Supreme Court of India is asking for a
Permission letter from Attorney General of India for allotting diary number against e-filed Contempt
Petition Criminal filed vides Provisional Application number 14051 dated 22.05.2023.
4. That an application has been filed invoking inherent & dispensing power of this Hon’ble Court to
rescue the State Prostitution Victims.
5. That aggrieved by the heinous ACTION of Registrar of Supreme Court of India, PIP is REACTING
strongly; which has a far reaching devastating consequences, catastrophic impact on the public
interest at large and a specific impact on the crusader of Women's movement for Women
empowerment.
6. Hence, seeking following Information under RTI Act 2005:
i) Whether in a sensitive matter of sexual harassment, kidnapping and abduction, wherein
Supreme Court of India is the main accused and Attorney General of India is directionless and helpless
to respond; wherein an application filed invoking inherent & dispensing power of this Hon’ble Court to
rescue the State Prostitution Victims; a permission letter from Attorney General of India is required or
inevitable to allot diary number against e-filed Contempt Petition Criminal Provisional Application no.
14051 dated 22.05.2023?
ii) Why diary number against e-filed Contempt Petition Criminal Provisional Application no. 14051
dated 22.05.2023 has not been issued by Supreme Court of India?
iii) When diary number against e-filed Contempt Petition Criminal Provisional Application no. 14051
dated 22.05.2023 will be issued by Supreme Court of India?
