2017 suppressing the truth WHEREIN as office report which reads as It
is further submiĥed that the peĕĕoner in person has on 03 03 2017
filed an applicaĕon for withdrawal of the instant curaĕve peĕĕon but
the same is defecĕve for the reason that in prayer b he has prayed for
issuance of noĕce for appearance against D No 16166 and 17593 of
2017 for urgent relief in another maĥer i e W P Crl D No 3913 of 2017
The said defect was communicated to the peĕĕoner in person vide this
Registry s leĥer dated 23 03 2017 as well as by email but he has not
cured the defect so far However the peĕĕoner has cured the same ON
THE SAME DATE through his email leĥer dated 23 03 2017 copy
