This document describes a new event called Rilek Experience happening in November 2015 that will bring together food, retail, art, and music. It will take place every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday and target young working adults and families aged 21-35. Visitors can enjoy food, acoustic music performances, community art exhibitions, and a retail market. Local artists can showcase their talents and vendors can rent pushcarts to participate and help build a creative community.
