4. FACILITATION METHODOLOGY & TRAINING DELIVERABLES
PRELIMINARYASSESSMENT & DESIGN
Team Dysfunction Assessment: to clarify expectations and define specific outcomes of the retreat.
This will be done through two participative methods:
i.Preliminary Briefing and Interviews with the Management Interviews with the management
& staff,probing on key issues to be covered in the retreat to uncover areas of individual and team
interests.
ii. AssessmentTool: The team will also administer a teamwork assessment tool covering five dimensions that are
considered essential for a functional team.These included: trust,conflict resolution,
commitment, accountability and focus on results. TheAssessment tool will be used
again in three months to determine the progress.
