1. TOUCH-A-TRUCK
Memorial Library of Nazareth & Vicinity

2. TOUCH-A-TRUCK is a unique family
event held in Upper Nazareth where
kids can look at and climb on lots of
interesting vehicles. It is a fundraiser to
benefit the Memorial Library of
Nazareth and Vicinity.
In 2012 there were 1,000 attendees!

3.  Interesting vehicles and
sponsors are sought for
TOUCH-A-TRUCK 2013.
 The date is set for October 5.
 There are numerous benefits
to companies which choose
to participate…

vehicle…
 Your company will have a
chance to personally
engage with hundreds of
area families.
 A representative from
each company stays with
the vehicle to answer
questions and promote
your business.

5. If your company brings a
vehicle…
 Your company can
handout coupons,
business cards, fliers,
or any promotional
materials you like.
- Some companies have
made beautiful
displays, played
games, given
demonstrations, and
held other fun
activities!

included on the
library‟s website and
an array of printed
promotional materials.

 This year we are
offering an exclusive
„major sponsor‟
category, with your logo
prominently featured on
the front of all materials
for $2,000.
 Your truck will be given
a prime location and a
public announcement
will be made during the
event, thanking your
company.

 The sponsorship cost
is tax-deducible.
 The library is a
501(c)(3) non-profit
organization.

 If your company‟s vehicle isn‟t “unique,” that‟s
fine! Kids love all cars, trucks, etc.
 If your company would like to sponsor, but
doesn‟t have a vehicle, that‟s fine too! You still
receive recognition in all materials and can
have an informational table at the event if you
like.
