Pixel Comparison and Artwork Verification Tools for Quality Control

Mail for tool development to enhance the project, TAT and quality
Hi Team,
Recently we have purchased a tool (TVT) to verify the content to its 100% since we are
handling critical information for the medicines in account Novartis. This tool introduction has
yielded a good result, substantially reduced the content errors in the work orders.
In the same way we would like to introduce a pixel comparison tool to check rasterised arts
used in the artworks especially for folding boxes and labels. Could you please advise us
whether this is possible with your team? If this is possible, please let us know when this tool
can be accomplished for testing?
This rasterised art comparison should be performed / compared in the PDF file formats.

means that the tool can compare texts as well as objects in micro level variations.
It helps for us to compare at revises and correction stages in a minute. Manual eye

Giving solutions to client in expectation management
Hi Stefan,
We have been manually entering the values and created the trim and bleed box for the
artworks using Adobe Acrobat crop tool. Recently we have encountered a problem in this
virtual bleed and trim box lines due to this manual intervention.
As a corrective measure we have moved to the below tool which is recommended by Novartis
through Stephen. Below is the snapshot for your reference, you can download trial version of
this tool and test it.
This tool gives excellent results for solving this trim and bleed box problems for the artworks.

Our ready to print date is on 15th
July and should not be missed due to a safety relevant information going to be
implemented with the new artwork.
Which makes this a little bit more challenging is the fact, that Argentinian leaflets, regardless what kind of brand
or site is affected, always require a further loop due to DRA-requested text corrections.
Your quick (and hopefully positive ;)) reply would be very much appreciated.

I still owe you a comment on the new typesetter strategy, which will cause us to
switch to a single supplier by October. I’d like to ensure and stress that this is a
decision that does in no way reflect any dissatisfaction on our part.
When the first discussions about this supplier assignment started a year ago (and on
every possible occasion thereafter…) I tried to steer Global towards making Hurix our
sole supplier; this was backed by all my colleagues who would happily have switched
to a Hurix-only service. However, it’s unfortunately out of my (our) hands.
We are allowed to send new work orders until the end of September and – despite
being advised to shift volume to our new supplier – we will keep sending you work
orders until we’re simply not allowed to anymore.
So, also on behalf of my colleagues in CC, please be assured that we’re in no way
unhappy with Hurix.
Please pass this on to your colleagues.
