Create a Message
You can create a message and post it within the “named” and “nameless” team.
Step 1
Sign in and go to the Activity page.
Step 2
On the same page, click – Create new – button.
Step 3
The default task creation form pops up.
Step 3.1. Click the Message link.
Step 4
The message creation form pops up.

Use the following features to support your message.

Step 5
To create a message do the following:
Step 5.1. Enter the name of the team or rapports.
Note – You can also enter email Id of any Wittybee user (even your non­rapports) to create and post
the message.
Okumura enters the name, Jun Kurihara, Martina Uster and Leruo Troskie.
Note – You can neither add rapport(s) with team name/team email ID, nor two or more teams
together, in the Team (To) field box.
Step 5.2. Type in the message in the message box like Okumura.

Step 6
To attach a file, click the file icon (inside the red circle).
Step 6.1. A window pops up
Step 6.2. Click on the link – Select from computer
Step 6.3. Select the file and click the Open button to download the file from your computer.
Okumura downloads the file – heat_exchanger_inspection_pdf from his computer.

Step 7
To download a file from the server, repeat the step 6 to open this window.
Step 7.1. Next, click on the link – Select from server
Step 7.2. The file manager opens. Select and click on the folder, for e.g. Attachments.
Step 7.3. Next, Select and click on the link – Conversations

Step 7.4. Select the file you want to download.
Step 7.5. Click the Attach file button to download the file.
Okumura downloads the file.
Step 8
Click – Post message – button
Okumura sends the following message to his rapports – Jun, Leuro and Martina.
