C V Rao is highly experienced trainer cum consultant in HR and Quality. He was a part of Inter Firm Comparison
 Benchmarking as a Director later became an Assessor for ISO 9001 and was trained by P E Batalas, UK . He
worked as a Senior Counsellor in TQM division of Institute of Quality at CII. CVR has been associated with
Business Excellence framework (CII-EXIM Bank Award for Business Excellence based on EFQM Model). CVR has
assessed more than 35 companies across India while he was a member of the jury for Quality Circle
Competitions, like SM Group, BHEL, NTPC and CII.
He has assisted organisations to develop systems and processes across the supply chain. He is well versed with
operational and manufacturing excellence—systems, processes and tools. He is a recognised trainer cum tutor for
ISO 9001: 2008 Lead Auditors’ Course.
Suresh is a certified NLP Practitioner and Graphologist. 20 years of working with Indian Air Force has given him
opportunity to understand and deal with diverse minds, which has added immense value to his expertise of
Human Capital Development. As a Learning  Development Consultant his expertise lies in bridging the gap of
Competencies, Soft Skills and Behaviour, which helps in increasing individual and organisational efficiency.

management of organisations’ objectives.
Her experience of working on competency based assessments and psychometric analysis like Extended DISC
helps her in finding the gaps in capability and behaviour of people. Her expertise is developing customised
workshops based on these gaps and help organisations achieve the desired results from its people thus achieving
business goals.
Lekhni is a Human Resource Development consultant with a rich experience of over 10 years. She has been
instrumental in setting up HR function for prestigious organisations, initially as a team member to independently
handling projects. Her passion is to build a strong HR team thus strengthening the organisations to leverage and
build their human capital and achieve greater heights.
Her area of work is setting up HR policies, Talent Acquisition, Compensation Benefit, Employee Relations and
Engagement, Performance Management System and System Orientation. Her people’s skills and smooth
