TECHNICAL MILESTONES
1. Product Design and Development of Cable Harness Fixture for Cars – Bright Tools, Padi
Housing fixture model was produced to suit latest model car of Hyundai. Project involves Designing, Material
Selection, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inspection and Logistics departments

2. 2. The Smart Vehicle Concept
Project involves in preventing automobile theft by installation fingerprint sensors with IOT in automobiles by
replacing key locking mechanism.
3. Fabrication of 3d printed PLA based Nuts and Bolts
3D designed nut and bolt were manufactured using Poly lactic acid. Hardness test and deep study was
performed.
4. Experimental work on Friction Stir Welding
Best parameters suitable for efficient weld joint using FSW was performed and studied with three pairs of two
dissimilar Aluminium joints, which were welded at different speeds and loads.
5. Design and Fabrication of Multi Nozzle Battery Spray Pump
Low-Cost Battery operated Pesticide Sprayer was developed and fabricated for farmers. Pesticide Sprayer was
designed with locally available parts and compatible for various spray pumps.
6. Design and Fabrication of Solar Tracking Cell Phone Charger
Stand-alone solar based cell phone charger were designed and fabricated to prevent data theft by Juice Jacking
