are naturally accountable for achieving common
associated with organisational objective in a specific
period of time.
• According to John katzenback and Douglan smith team
as “a small number of people with complementary skill
who are committed to a common purpose, and set of
performance goals and approach for which they hold
them selve mutually unccountable .
