2. PROPOSAL FOR DOING VARIOUS LOGISTICS SERVICES TO DIFFERENT
ORGANIZATION/MULTINATIONAL ORGANIZATION
Dear Sir,
With reference to the above, we would like to render our logistic supports for different works on the
followings:
1. WORK PERMIT:
(a) Requisite papers/Documents are required to be provided by the concerned Organization as per
the policy of the Board of Investment.
(b) Duration for processing and approving work permit for a expatriate from the board of
investment is of appx . 10-15 working days provided all the papers and documents are alright as
desired by the approving authority.
(c) Professional Fee for issuances of work permit for expatriate is of Tk. 15000/- (Fifteen Thousand).
The service fee excluded Government fees and VAT.
2. RENEWAL OF WORK PERMIT :
(a) Requisite papers/documents are required to be provided by the concerned organization as per
the policy of the board of investment.
(b) Duration for processing and approving for renewal/extension of work permit for an expatriate
from the Board of Investment is of appx 7-10 working days.
(c) Professional Fees for issuance of renewal/extension of work permit for an expatriate is of Tk.
12000 (Twelve Thousand). The service fee excluded Government fees and VAT.
3. APPROVAL OF REMITTANCE FOR DIFFERENT COUNTRIES FROM THE BOARD
OF INVESTMENT :
(a) Necessary processing for approval or remittance as per the requirement by the Board of
Investment.
(b) Necessary efforts put for approval of Remittance after submission of application for the
purposes in BOI.
(c) Regular update be maintained with the organization till the approval of remittance. Professional
Fees is of Tk. 15000/- (Fifteen Thousand). The service fee excluded Government fees and VAT.
3. 4. APPROVAL OF ANY REGISTRATION FROM THE BOARD OF INVESTMENT FOR
AN ORGANIZATION :
(a) Necessary papers/documents are required from the Organization as per the desired by the
Board of Investment.
(b) Processing and approving Registration with full efforts and will maintain regular update with BOI
till approval.
(c) Professional fee is of Tk. 15000 /- (Fifteen Thousand). The service fee excluded Government fees
and VAT.
5. EXTENSION OF VISA WITH MULTIPLE ENTRIES/UNLIMITED ENTRIES FOR THE
EXPATRIATES:
(a) After Issuance of work permit from the Board of Investment (BOI), then the application for
extension of visa is required to be processed for the expatriates to the Department of
Immigration and Passports, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
I. At first 03 (three) months visa with multiple entries would be issued for the Department of
Immigration and Passports. Professional Fees is of Tk. 14000/- (Fourteen Thousand) for an
expatriate and also approving certified copy from the Ministry of Home Affairs and from special
branch. The service fee excluded Government fees and VAT.
II. 06(six) months/ 01(one) year extension of visa with multiple entries would be should for the
expatriates, when complete security clearance is obtain from the Ministry of Home Affairs. Time
duration is of 10-15 working days. Professional Fee is of Tk. 16000 (Sixteen Thousand) from the
same expatriates including final security clearance from Special Branch, NSI and from the
Ministry of Home Affairs. The service fee excluded Government fees and VAT.
III. Extension of VISA for short period of time up to 15 days will be Tk. 10000 (Ten Thousand). The
service fee excluded Government fees and VAT.
6. EXTENSIONS OF VISA FOR THE DEPARTMENT OF MULTIPLE ENTRIES :
(a) Extensions of Visa with multiple entries for the department of expatriates fewer than 15 years
age would be issued along with the expatriates from the department of Immigration and
Passport.
(b) Professional Fees for the dependent (each) is of Tk. 10000/- (Ten Thousand) including Special
Branch Police clearance. The service fee excluded Government fees and VAT.
4. 7. FOREIGNER REGISTRATION AFTER COMPLETING THE VISA EXTENSION:
(c) After done the VISA extension from the Department of Immigration and Passports, Expatriate
needs to be registered from the Special branch for the government record. Time duration 07-10
working days.
(d) Professional Fee is of Tk. 4000/- (Four Thousand). The service fee excluded Government fees and
VAT.
8. EXTENSION OF VISA FOR THE TOURIST :
(a) 01(one) month extension of Visa may be issued the verification of Special Branch Police
(Malibagh). Professional Fees is of Tk. 10000/- (Ten Thousand) for each expatriate. Time duration
is of 07-10 working days. The service fee excluded Government fees and VAT.
(b) 10-15 days exit/leave permission may be processed and issued from the department of
Immigration and Passports, Dhaka. Time duration is of 02-03 working days. Professional Fees is
of Tk. 9000/- (Nine Thousand) for each expatriates. The service fee excluded Government fees
and VAT.
9. TRANSFER OF VALID VISA FROM OLD PASSPORT FOR AN EXPATRIATE :
Necessary processing and approving for transferring valid Visa from old passport to new passport
from the department of Immigration and passport. Time duration is of 5-6 working days.
Professional fees are of Tk. 8000/- (Eight Thousand). The service fee excluded Government fees and
VAT.
10. PERMISSION OF ‘E’/E1 CATEGORY OF VISA FROM BOARD OF INVESTMENT
FOR AN EXPATRIATE :
Necessary processing and approving ‘E’/E1 category Visa from the Board of Investment providing
fulfilling the requirements for BOI by the concerned Organization. Time duration is of 07 to 15
working days.
Professional fees is of Tk. 12000/- (Twelve Thousand) for an expatriate provided all the papers and
documents are alright as desired by the approving authority. The service fee excluded Government
fees and VAT.
5. 11. TRADE LICENSE FOR THE COMPANY:
(a) Necessary processing for making the new Trade License Certificate from Dhaka City
Corporation providing all the required docs and completing all the procedures. Time duration
is of 07 to 15 working days. Professional fee is of Tk. 8000/- (Eight Thousand).
(b) Necessary processing for renewal of existing Trade License Certificate from Dhaka City
Corporation providing all the required docs and completing all the procedures. Time duration
is of 07 to 15 working days. Professional fee is of Tk. 8000/- (Eight Thousand).
12. ANY SPORTS OF AMENDMENTS, EITHER WORK PERMIT OR EXTENSION OF
VISA ETC :
Arrangement made for correction or any amendments in respect of Expatriate or Dependent from
concerned department. Professional fess is of Tk. 6000/- (Six Thousand). The service fee
excluded Government fees and VAT.
13. ARRANGEMENT OF TRAFFIC POLICE :
Processing and arranging Traffic Police during any ceremony or any occasion or any organization or
any domestic purposes (time and date may be intimated as one week earlier). Professional fees
would be decided as per the job (Excluding Govt. fees).
14. ARRANGEMENT OF ARMED POLICE :
Processing and arrangement armed police during any movement of delegate/Distinguished foreign
Guest (Time and date may be intimated one week earlier). Professional Fees would be decided
as per the job (Excluding Govt. fess). Relevant works regarding expatriates would be provided on
discussion and incident expenses and services Charges would be decided as per the nature of the
work.
6. Registration any other logistic services will be discussed mutually and will be carried out as desired. This
is submitted for your kind information and necessary action desired.
NOTE: OTHER LOGISTICS SUPPORTS EXCEPT ABOVE SCHEDULE FEES WILL BE ENSURED AS PER THE
NATURE OF WORKS.
