I am publishing this Version 2.0 paper on 'World of Digital Banking' a strategic view. This
channel is becoming a ‘enabler’ and cash cow for the banks. 13 banks across
UK/USA/Australia/Asia/Europe (Barclays, Santander, HSBC, Lloyds TSB, RBS, ANZ
(Australia), Commonwealth Bank of Australia, JP Morgan, Bank of America, ICICI Bank,
Bank of China, Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank) are selected for this strategic
comparison.
The main areas of study are :

I have also given 'what is special' about each bank and also chances for
improvement to acquire more market share. This is only my personal view based on
customer/strategic perspective and digital banking experience.
