Since 2008, affected by the global economic recession, Chinese economy has been facing a severe condition. However, the bad influence of the global economy has not changed the normal path of the development of Chinese economy. The national economy continue to move in the expected direction of macro regulation and control , Chinese economy has maintained stable growth. The IMF forecasts that China will continue to be the largest contributor to global GDP growth from 2014 to 2015. The IMF predicts China will contribute 24% to the growth of the world economy in 2015; 2% more than the United States*.And the national bureau of statistics of China has published the data, which indicated that from January to October in 2015, Chinese catering industry revenue reached 2.6246 trillion RMB, increased by 11.8% compared to the same time in 2014. That means Chinese economic condition is beneficial for the catering industry to develop and grow.
