Managing all the External Relations to support organizational/functional communication
channels
Manage the role to secure completion/maintaining for the approvals and authorizations required
by the business as required by the laws and regulations of Egypt and in accordance with the
directives from the Board of Directors and Egyptian LNG management.
The development of a robust domestic market and the sustaining of a favorable company image
Represent ELNG with Idku city, local government officials in El Beheira governorate as well as
its relation with main ministries in Cairo understanding the governmental and political
environment within the assigned region.
Provide recommendations on appropriate risk and reward analysis and on potential
governmental risk.

Responsible for creating, implementing and measuring the success of comprehensive
communications and public relations program;aswell as reportprogressto the Executive Director
and board.
Manage all types of the organization participation in events, conferences, fund raising activities
inside Egypt as well as a member of the Food & Uniform supplying Committee, staff summer
recreation time as well as Sports committee.
Assist in the editorial direction, design, production and distribution of all organization publications

Assist in leading - the organization’s readiness and alerts for any potential, expected or foresighted
communication crisis.

Administration and Health Safety Environment (HSE) activities
Manage the implementation of Health, Safety and Environmental strategies and procedures to
maintain high standards of HSE practices (ELNG-Cairo)
Managing selecting, implementing and operating the best Medical and Life insurance for ELNG
and outsourced staff.
Lead internal process to coordinate execution and support crises management issues.
Manage the security team and Participate in the Emergency Drills as Deputy Emergency
Coordinator for Cairo office and supervise outsourced staff in all HSE related issue such as
arranging safety and firefighting training sessions and manual handling Courses.
Manage and maintain reliability of firefighting alarm system and office access control system,
supervise premises related activities and implementation of actions required as well as
implementation of WOSIT (Weekly Observational Safety Tour) and STOP Card program in
addition to review, update Administration risk register.
Manage Outsourced Staff Contract including the hiring & exiting process through coordination
with concerned departments and vendor.
