NOTES:
1. Note that these are general guidelines. Actual RAM requirements will be dependent on many
factors including expected number of tasks, amount of offline data, and sync frequency of data
collected. Under estimation of RAM may result in slow performance or out of memory errors.
2. Flash memory cards (SDIO, CF, etc.) are highly recommended to compliment MobileFrame’s
Worry Free technology. MobileFrame recommends selecting a high-quality Flash Cards such as
SanDisk’s Ultra series.
3. If needed, Microsoft SQL Server and Internet Information Server (IIS) can reside on the same
physical machine.
4. For enhanced security, Secured Socket Layer (SSL) links can be used for TCP/IP communication
between the MobileFrame Desktop, IIS and the SQL Server.
