1. Word from your CEO
As we close out the first half of the year, and start to look forward to the second half of 2016, we examine how well we’ve done so far and identify areas for im-
provement. True to Denali’s mantra and mission statement, we finished the first half very strong. Not only did we achieve an all-time record in sales bookings,
but together we attained superb retention outcomes, increased our footprint with key new customer acquisitions, and strengthened our core business with sol-
id overall financial returns. As we continue to build and grow a sustainable business, we recognize that while profitability is important, profit alone is not a true
measure of our progress. We measure various factors that include growth within existing customers, quality of new business, technology portfolio, employee
retention, employee satisfaction and engagement just to name a few.
Employee engagement is very important to us, and it has been a great focus for us for some time. You have been receiving employee engagement surveys,
and we have been sharing some of the data with you in this newsletter. The participation is improving and so is the feedback. We encourage you to participate
in this feedback loop so you can help shape the programs that help you get the most out of your experience at Denali. After a recent survey, we received the
following question, “we see that our company has many Philanthropic efforts in the communities we serve. How is Denali encouraging its own employees to
be more Philanthropic?”
We are very engaged in Philanthropy, and to giving back to the communities we live in. Denali has provided over $3.5M over the past 10 years to many founda-
tions and not for profit organizations like Seattle Children’s Hospital, Evergreen Healthcare, Overlake Hospital, Virginia Mason, Providence Healthcare System,
Seattle Cancer Care Alliance, University of Washington, UW Medical Center, Wipe Out Kids Cancer, PeaceHealth, Wounded Warrior Project, March of Dimes,
City University of Seattle and the Heart & Stroke Walk. Once a year, we ask our employees to nominate a not for profit organization that they support for the
chance to be included in future philanthropic efforts. The employee with the winning nomination receives our Community Excellence Award as well as $1,000
donated in their name to that organization.
We are also launching a new program where employees can receive up to 8 hours of compensated time to volunteer. Details of the program are being de-
veloped and HR will be rolling it out very soon. We are very Proud of the culture we have built around Philanthropy and community involvement. We have an
obligation not only to participate and give back, but to also encourage others to do the same. I have had the honor to serve as the Evergreen Health Foundation
Chair for the past 5 years, as well as serve as the Providence O’Christmas Trees Gala Chair. There is no better feeling than helping and serving our communities,
and we hope this new program empowers you with the opportunities to give a helping hand.
I would like to recognize Kris Clawson for how Committed he is to the continued success of the operations team and our company. I would also like to recognize
Tony Lucas for being Flexible to help customers, partners and fellow employees get the work done. See why Kris & Tony choose Denali.
I look forward to continue driving Excellent results while being Accountable to our communities, employees, customers and technology partners.
Thank you for your unrelenting dedication, desire and commitment to keeping Denali Advanced Integration “Above The Rest.”

Michael joined Denali in August of 2015 as a Service Desk Analyst and was eager to learn cus-
tomer’s processes and resolve technical issues. He became a leader when helping onboard new
analysts and getting them up to speed quickly. He stayed on top of his work, was dependable
and volunteered for additional responsibilities and opportunities as they arose. His background,
which not only includes sales, is from a family of entrepreneurs. Please congratulate him as he
joins Joe Buongiorno’s team with his new role as a Sales Support Representative I.

Tony Lucas - Sr. Solutions Architect
I was won over when I was informed about the relationship
with Hard Drives Northwest and I felt that Denali wanted me
and my skillsets. I observed many of the changes that VARs
typically experience and Denali seemed to be doing all the
right things at the right pace. I am thankful that I have been
allowed to evolve with the market conditions, technologies
and business requirements and do some really innovative and
rewarding work. I look forward to many more years of excel-
ling within this organization.
Kris Clawson - Manager, Configuration Services
Almost every day seems to be an adventure here at Denali.
With our ever-changing business models and growth, I always
feel that I am challenged with new tasks and feel I help make

our customers. I take pride in that, and look forward to what’s
to come.
