1. Junior Analyst / Administrator
Daily duties
 Conducting client research and preparing reports (internal and external) and making
recommendations as to future actions.
 Reception duties, including comprehensive messages that enable calls and client details to
directed to the relevant member of staff.
 Internal meeting management and client management.
 Ad hoc management tasks as required.
Weekly duties
 Preparing sales documentation and coordinating timely invoicing.
 Conducting market research and corporate surveys and preparing related client reports.
 Creation of final clients reports in accordance with the agreed Metis template, ensuring
consistency and PSR completion.
 Creation of topical blogs in relation to IP and Metis Services.
 Creation and distribution of “Friday funnies” – a marketing tool (using Mailchimp).
 Template management, filing and document management.
 Communication with external supplier including office supplies, utilities, etc.
Monthly duties
 Assist with the organisation of team-to-team events; internal check list to be completed.
 Assist with the organisation of client hospitality, including responsibility for event planning,
booking, and branded products, as required.
 Assist with the organisation of external events, including presentations, travel and liaison with
event co-ordinator.
 Assist with projects with partners including the Wealth Wheel.
 Manage corporate expenses and prepare accounting records.
