is stored in our warehouse in optimal condition.

Risk Management:
PCB Connect have a CAM dept in China as well in local office.
We store digital data centrally. Before production is
started, standard tests are performed, such as DRC (Design
Rule Check) and DFM (Design for Manufacturability). For
every production technology we have two approved sources.
In this way the continuity of your needs is always secured.

Through our own employees in factory we perform our own FQC.
All your orders will be controlled and approved by PCB Connect

PCB Connect is a company with worldwide business, diffe-
rent cultures, laws, and opinions are part of our day. Through
our business we have been given a great position to be part
of and able to make a difference.
PCB Connect Code of Conduct
PURPOSE
The purpose with PCB Connects Code of Conduct is to sup-
port fair employment, safe working conditions, to prevent
discrimination and take responsibility for environmental is-
sues. Our Code of Conduct is expected to be understood and
respected within our supply chain, our suppliers including
their subcontractors, PCB Connect and partners worldwide.
It is our supplierâs responsibility to ensure that their sub-
contractors and employees are informed about and com-
ply with our code of conducts.
All partners are expected to follow relevant laws, regulations
and standards in the country of which they operate.
No forced Labor
All employees are free to leave their employment according
to applicable laws and agreed conditions. No forced or com-
pulsory labor is used.
Conditions of employment
All payments and terms are fair according to national laws
and standards and the working hours comply with national
laws.
Age of employment
No employed person is below the minimum legal age for
employment. That is according to ILO Convention No.138
concerning minimum age. The minimum age cannot be
lower than the age of completion of mandatory schooling,
and in no case below age of 15. Minimum age for hazardous
work is the age of 18.
Discrimination
All persons shall be treated with respect. Corporal
punishment, physical or verbal abuse or other harassment,
threats or forms of intimidation are not accepted. No kind of
discrimination based on race, color, sex, sexual orientation,
marital status, pregnancy, parental status, religion, political
opinion, nationality, background, social origin, social status,
disability, age, or any other characteristic protected by local
law is accepted. Employees with the same qualifications,
experience and who live up to same performance shall
receive equal pay for equal work.
Working environment
A safe and healthy work environment is expected for all lines
of work. When needed; appropriate health and safety infor-
mation shall be provided to the employees. Healthy and safe
environment includes tolerable temperature and noise level,
ventilation, cleanliness, unblocked emergency exits, eva-
cuation plans, fire alarms, appropriate marking and labeling
for chemicals and machinery.
Environment
PCB Connect expects all suppliers to use environmental
resources with great respect. Initiatives which can or will
lead to environmental preservation are appreciated and
supported.
We expect responsibility to be taken in case of non confor-
mances which can constitute a threat for the environment.
We shall all strive to continuously improve our own and our
supply chains environmental impact.
Corruption
Not in any way offer or request any bribe with the purpose to
keep or win business contacts or other advantages.

Conflict free minerals (DRC)
PCB's supplied to PCB Connect are expected to be free from 3TGs
sourced from DRC or adjoining countries. We expect our suppliers to
require their suppliers to take the same steps as required regarding
3TGs in this code of conduct. Suppliers are expected to forward the
EICC-GeSI public minerals template to their suppliers for further
documentation
