Human Factors Introduction
• The study of human factors are utilized within organizations to reach their objectives in
productivity as well than in safety in the work environment.
• Is relevant in the work design to have safe work stations, equipment and machinery
interfaces that are easy to use with adequate interactions between men and machine,
ergonomic design that avoid injuries caused by repetitions in the Musculoskeletal
system.
• The psychological side has been becoming relevant in organizations as part of a healthy
work environment and safe.
