GREAT COMMUNICATOR?
Communication is not a one-end speech but a dialogue between two or more people. An
effective communicator know that the communication or a dialogue is not an end, but
rather a means to better result and relationship.
An effective communicator :
o Acknowledge others
o Engage all parties in the conversation
o Recognize & respect the difference of opinion
o Appreciate the importance of sharing
o Understand emotion and the facts or history behind them
o Give different parties enough time to share their thoughts/ opinion
o Knows awareness helps us be thoughtful and at our best by responding instead of
reacting.
