Nod • Hyrwyddo cynhwysiant cymdeithasol, lleihau tlodi a datblygu’r economi mewn ardaloedd gwledig • Ariannu prosiectau er lles y bobl mwyaf difreintiedig a lleiaf abl i newid eu hamgylchiadau • Datblygu cadernid a galluoedd cymunedau cefn gwlad er mwyn iddyn nhw allu dygymod â newid yn well ac addasu’n dda iddo Objective • To promote social inclusion, poverty reduction and economic development in rural areas • To fund projects targeted at those most deprived and least able to change their circumstances • To develop resilience and capabilities in rural communities so they are better able to cope with and positively adapt to change

Dull • Prosiectau cymunedol yn gwneud cais am grant Llywodraeth Cymru • Cyn cyflwyno cais, rhaid i ymgeiswyr drafod eu syniadau gyda Grŵp Gweithredu Lleol LEADER • Bydd y Grŵp yn eu hasesu yn unol â’r Strategaeth Ddatblygu Leol ac yn helpu i ddatblygu’r cynigion. Method • Community-led projects will apply to a Welsh Government administered grant fund • Prior to submission, potential applicants must discuss their ideas and proposals with their LEADER Local Action Group(s) (LAGs) • LAGs will assess the fit with their approved Local Development Strategy and help to develop the proposals

Dull (parhad) • Bydd Llywodraeth Cymru’n yn cyhoeddi dyddiadau agor a chau ceisiadau ar ar ein gwefan. • Bydd ymgeiswyr yn cyflwyno’u ceisiadau’n uniongyrchol (nid trwy’r Grwpiau Gweithredu) • Bydd arweinwyr polisi yn Llywodraeth Cymru’n nodi a ydyn nhw’n ategu’r hyn a geir eisoes ac yn cydymffurfio â pholisi ac yn cynnig cyngor ar yr arfer orau. Method cont’d • Welsh Government will advertise open calls on its website. • Applicants will submit directly (not via the LAGs) • Relevant policy leads within the Welsh Government will be invited to comment on complementarity, fit with policy and to offer best practice advice

Sgôp Bydd yr opsiynau’n cynnwys: • Llunio cynlluniau datblygu pentrefi i’w cryfhau, eu gwneud yn fwy cynaliadwy a diwallu’r prif anghenion lleol. • Buddsoddi mewn prosiectau seilwaith bach gan gynnwys ynni adnewyddadwy • Buddsoddi mewn TGCh gan gynnwys band eang y genhedlaeth nesaf a chynhwysiant digidol • Buddsoddi mewn gwasanaethau sylfaenol lleol fel gofal plant a datblygu opsiynau ar gyfer darparu gwasanaethau trwy fodelau mentrau cymdeithasol lleol. Scope Options include: • Drawing up of village development plans to build in resilience and sustainability and address key, locally identified needs • Investments in small scale infrastructure including renewable energy • Investment in ICT provision including next generation broadband and digital inclusion • Investments in local basic services such as childcare, and help develop options for service delivery through locally-led social enterprise models
