To Whom It May Concern:
Mr. Lauris Rutkis has been an Intern in DHL Latvia from 11.08.2014 to 21.12.2014. He started his
internship in Operations Departments helping Operations Support supervisor with courier daily work.
First of all he analysed how many stops on deliveries and PU courier can deliver. This work was made
with road check and route design program. In order to proceed with his internship assignment Lauris
collected all necessary data for it by himself. Lauris very fast understood DHL standards and was able to
work with them.
During time of his internship in DHL, Lauris has proved himself as highly trustful, accurate and loyal
person, approaching his tasks thoroughly and responsively. He has good communication skills and good
knowledge of English. Being a flexible and kind person, Lauris can establish and maintain a great contact
with different personalities. He respects others and he is result oriented team player as well as friendly
colleague.
