Cybersource, a Division of Visa, Inc July 2015 – Present
Senior Technical Product Manager – Cybersource is a companyfocused on providing
merchants with tools thatmake card based transaction processing easier,safer,and more palatable for
both store staff and online users.My role is to create products that expand the company’s in store
technologies from very rudimentarycard processing to EMV, digital wallet(Apple Pay etc.) and pay by
phone experiences. Additional roles include managing all processor connections to add features and to
reduce purchasing friction,plus to create APIs the manage the flows of internal data to Sales Force for
supportand sales teams. Duties included:
 Led Specification Process to create an API for Sales Force integration.Cybersource uses
Sales Force as its prospecting and support tool.I created the outbound API from our core
database to update Sales Force when a new online application is completed,and when an
existing merchant logs into the Merchant Interface and changes accountdetail.
 Manage the Specification Process for all (totaling 24) processor connections to ensure
mandates are keptup to date, new features such as 3 D Secure,RestaurantTips and Quick
Chip are introduced on all connections.
 Created Specifications and Development Processes to introduce the company’s first“plug
in paymentsoftware product that could be used with any cash register system to completely
modernize card payments using Quick Chip paymenttechnology.
 Led the Company into the mobile based pointofsale market,facilitating over 2500 merchants
per month to download and operate phone or tabletbased cash register products for small and
mid-size businesses.
 Created Custom Tools for Wells Fargo Bank to offer its merchants for paymentprocessing.

Director Development – Granbury Solutions is a companyfocused on point of sale,ecommerce,
above store loyalty and managementtools for retail markets.It currently offers productlines for general

 Product Roadmap Control – evolved initial delivery oriented POS system into coffee shops,
QS, and casual dining extensions.100% ofadded functionality was always completelycode
compliantwith the core product (single release version regardless ofrequired feature set) and
