Support and Services
Easier management
These are the challengers of what we now need to simplify for our customers to say competitive:
Creation happens despite the workflow, not because of it
TOOLS and SERVICES are not living up to expectations
ASSETS are difficult to track
MOBILE DEVICES aren’t integrated tightly enough into creative activities
Continuous struggle to find effective ways to COLLABORATE
Creative processes do not fully embrace the benefits of the broader CREATIVE COMMUNITY
The Creative EcoSystem
The traditional media and online worlds are now coming together for our customers Adobe is broadening the scope of providing holistic client digital strategy within a whole solution.
We are doing this by adding marketing services which are available for businesses in addition to our traditional creative tools.
The whole solution enables businesses to:
* Make
* Manage
* Monetize
* Measure
Creative Cloud
Make and create content through the Creative Cloud tools and services
Marketing Cloud
We then give businesses the option if they have the Marketing cloud to Manage, Monetize, Measure this content.
So that we (Adobe) could provide an integrated ecosystem of content and data this meant re-inventing our creative tools and how we use them.
A marketing campaign entails a strategy which encompasses print, platforms, networks and devices the development of the two clouds allows business to not only create the content but to easily manage the content, monetize their content and measure their content.
A great example of this is a publishing house who implemented our digital publishing platform uses the analytics data that they get from their users to improve and target their print campaigns. Their assessment on what they thought people like were quite off the mark. The real data from the digital space could show them what they did. As a result the revenue for from the print increased as well.
Re-inventing creative
So In addition to link two solutions together we have been spending time with creative professional to find out what they wanted.
The results of listening to our customers meant re-inventing how that worked. So moving to software as a service was the way we could provide more flexibility, features, enhancements, new stuff. It also changes how creative professional could create.
* Not always in the office sitting at a desk
* Everyone has an iPad!
* Not everyone has InDesign and photoshop
* Staff come and go

Myths:
Your business views having the latest Adobe software as a competitive advantage, but the cost to upgrade has been prohibitive
You have users that would receive value from having the access to creative tools, but have struggled to justify the cost
You’re observing workflow bottlenecks as users are receiving newer version Adobe files that they can’t work with
You have a workforce that can contract or expand quickly and are concerned about a large capital outlay for perpetual software
You’d like a better way to manage your Adobe licensing and software compliancy is important to you
Your organisation frequently needs to transfer Adobe software between different users
You have multiple Suites and point products and would see benefit in deploying one low cost, simplified Adobe offering
You are considering an SOE upgrade (e.g. Win 7 or 8) and would like to run compatible and supported versions of Adobe Creative tools
So in summary SAS as a model means fro Adobe:
Providing access to Adobe’s tools at a really affordable price
Innovate at a much more rapid pace
Compliment our offering with the support and services our customers need to be successful
If there’s time look at Create anywhere
