to make immediate adjustments to meet goals and objectives.
 Increased per invoice revenue over 200% by focusing on processes and procedures to ensure
maximum ROI of technician time and other shop resources.
 Evaluated vendor performance and negotiated solutions when applicable including sourcing new
vendors and fostering new relationships
 Implemented new management software to: 1) decrease time building estimates 2) Integrate
product acquisition to improve accuracy and reduce time 3) Access better internal reporting for
tracking of KPIs.
 The preceding resulted in increased customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations.
Led Hance's European through a six month relocation, expansion and improvement project.
 Located new facility,negotiated lease terms, obtained city approval, coordinated build out,
procured new equipment and managed installation, supervised layoutand design
 Met established time line for transition to new location,completed moveover a weekend withno
disruption to regular workschedule
 Oversaw information transition on-line through a local media manager to ensure new location
was current in every relevant area on-line.
