How I have used technology in the
classroom to differentiate instruction
meeting the needs of every student.

We all know that every student develops at
different rates and they learn in different
ways.

This session will look at how I have used
moodle, eportfolio and web2 tools to
develop independent critical thinkers that
are able to use a range of technologies
efficiently and effectively in and out of the
my subject area.

What is differentiation?

Differentiated involves
providing students with
different ways to
understanding content,
constructing, or making sense
of ideas.

It can be developing teaching
materials so that all students
within a classroom can learn
effectively, regardless of
differences in ability.

Integration

Integration of technology with the use of eportfolio’s is a strong
way to build meaningful ICT skills

Evidence of learning should be from a range of experiences
and curriculum areas.

It is used to show the development of knowledge, conceptual
understanding, transdisciplinary skills, attitudes and the
attributes of the learner profile over a period of time.

Differentiation

  • 2. How I have used technology in the classroom to differentiate instruction meeting the needs of every student. We all know that every student develops at different rates and they learn in different ways. This session will look at how I have used moodle, eportfolio and web2 tools to develop independent critical thinkers that are able to use a range of technologies efficiently and effectively in and out of the my subject area.

Integration Integration of technology with the use of eportfolio’s is a strong way to build meaningful ICT skills Evidence of learning should be from a range of experiences and curriculum areas. It is used to show the development of knowledge, conceptual understanding, transdisciplinary skills, attitudes and the attributes of the learner profile over a period of time.
