Company Profile
Davatec Consulting was founded in 2009 by Jon Davatz, a senior SAP Consultant with experience
dating back to 1990. The company was founded in Orange County, California with the mission to
provide its customers with excellent consulting services and products to help them to be more
productive and reduce operating costs.
In addition to our consulting services, we always take an extra step and are continuously evaluating and
adding SAP products and services that help our customers to be more productive and to meet
project deadlines. We also love to work with third party vendors and clients to evaluate software
products in regards to SAP Security compliance and requirements.
We are always interested to work with SAP Consulting and/or Hosting companies to help them to
expand their SAP Security initiatives or work on SAP Security related services under their label.

We offer consulting services for new SAP implementations as well as for role re-design and cleanup
projects.
SAP Security Configuration
Consulting services for SAP Security and GRC Configuration.
ERP Security: We offer advisory services for addressing requirements, such as securing line oriented
table access, master data, transactional data, correct usage of SAP security transactions such as
SU24, SU25, PFCG, structural authorizations and much more.
GRC Initiatives: Setup of rule sets, functions, workflow for user provisioning, role ownership etc.
On Demand trouble-shooting services
For clients who do not need a full time security resource, we offer a on-demand virtual helpdesk to have
a helping hand to reach in need. Our Online ticketing system is accessible 24x7 and customers can
review the status of requests at any time.
On Site or remote SAP Security Administration
If it is to work through a backlog of tickets, cleaning up SAP Security roles or having someone to fill in
for someone on medical or vacation leave, we can provide your organization with resources that

We have been a Hovitaga Partner since 2012 and offer additional discounts fo rpurchased made
through Davatec Consulting. Hovitaga is a company specialized in SAP Add-on development. Our
goal is to develop high quality software that provides benefit for every company using SAP
systems. We focus on providing standardized, industry independent products that require minimal
installation efforts.
Hovitaga Report Generator is an ABAP add-on that accelerates SAP reporting by significantly
reducing development time. This is achieved with automatic ABAP code generation, which
eliminates manual programming of code that is always part of every report but is always different.
OpenSQL Editor: Developers and consultants can create, test and analyze SQL commands on the fly
without creating any programs. The result set is displayed immediately with various UI components
(list, tree, chart etc). This way SQL queries can be built faster and code quality can be increased by
easier and quicker testing. Maintenance efforts can be greatly reduced because of easier
identification of database related problems.
