Working History
Currently working as a Cost Engineer for Veolia ES which I have done for the las
3 years.
Previously worked as the Business Manager for 11 years
I have also working as a Production Manager for over 14 years.
In my previous and current roles I have implemented company working
procedures, health and safety procedures, process planning and production flow
processes, purchasing and forecasting business plans KPIs Month end reporting
systems forecasting and Profit Loss Accounts.
I have under gone various training courses which have included Lean
Manufacturing Training, Train the Trainer, Production and Process Improvement.
I have implemented a new website, new epos systems for retail outlets
.
My previous company went through various expansions including building a new
factory and retail outlet. This was all planned and achieved by using the great
understanding I have for process planning.
I have a great skill in understanding how a project will work and how it has to be
planned, which goes a long way when opening the organization up to many new
business concepts. Including procurement from China and Eastern Europe.
